My Background

I’m a first-generation American using my unique life experiences and research to inform, uplift and promote the people around me. My interest in the space of cultural competence and diversity and inclusion was birthed out of movements like Black Lives Matter. I’m currently finishing my doctorate degree in clinical psychology with research focusing on diversity training's in the workplace and their impact on non-minority participants.

“Colette’s method is incredible. I completely changed my eating habits, but never felt like I was missing out on anything.”

I’d love to help you facilitate the difficult discussions that are often avoided, but give way to growth and understanding.
