Dr. Donna Dockery is a first-generation American using her unique life experiences and research to inform, uplift, and promote the people around her. Dr. Dockery’s interest in the space of cultural competence, and diversity and inclusion, was birthed out of movements like Black Lives Matter. She completed her doctorate in clinical psychology with research focusing on diversity trainings in the workplace and their impact on ethnic identity in non-minority participants.
